Party Format

Harry Potter parties are still popular with 'Hogwarts students' everywhere.

As the children arrive Harry Potter themed music is playing and there's great lighting and smoke effects (if the venue will allow) to create a magical feel. We meet and greet the children as they arrive, put on their name stickers and once everyone has arrived we invite the children to sit down for a short introduction in which the birthday child comes to the front to take their rounds of applause and 'Happy Birthday' wishes from all their friends. They are then presented with a Harry Potter gift.

The games are Harry Potter themed and last for 35-40 minutes. All the children are involved at all times in the games and we play popular chart music during this time as themed music doesn't work for the games section. Prizes (sweets) are supplied by us for winners and everyone gets a little something.

Then over to you for the party food and drink break and we'll then play themed music again.

During the second half of the party the children sit down with wands at the ready, for the comedy magic show where all chaos unfolds. Two or three children are asked up to help including the birthday child. The party is concluded with a couple of popular chart tunes or another game depending on the time left over which is usually about 10 minutes.
